Bookings

All services are available by appointment only.
Please arrive on time or ensure timely access for home services.
Delays may shorten the session or lead to rescheduling.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations should be made at least 12 hours in advance.
No-shows or late cancellations may be charged.
Refunds are only applicable in cases where the service is not delivered or cancelled by us.

Grooming & Safety

We use only pet-safe and vet-approved products.
If your pet is aggressive, anxious, or showing signs of distress, the session may be adjusted or stopped for their well-being.
Please inform us about any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions beforehand.

Your Responsibility

Make sure your pet’s vaccinations are up to date.
Share any relevant health or behavior details in advance.
Stay available via phone during at-home services.
